Rach co-founded MJ Health in 2019 with Mike. She has worked in recruitment since 2014, beginning her career within the Healthcare recruitment industry, now she primarily works in the Veterinary field. Most of her spare time is kept very busy by her young daughter Poppy. She also enjoys spinning, holidays with her family and spending time with her loopy cat Chester.

Mike co-founded MJ Health in 2019 with Rach. He has a Clinical background within the NHS and he has worked in recruitment since 2009. When he’s not working, Mike spends most of his time with his wife and daughter, Poppy. As a family they like going to the beach and visiting new places.

Victoria joined the MJ Health team in 2020, with a background in the media industry and several years’ of previous sales and marketing experience. She is a keen traveller and is usually busy planning the next adventure in her spare time. On the weekends she enjoys paddle boarding, going running with her bouncy Vizsla ‘Maggie’ then relaxing with her lazy Dachshund ‘Wallace’.

Tom joined the MJ Health team in 2020.  He has over 10 years recruitment experience in a variety of industries, with previous experience leading a sales team and recruiting internationally for FTSE 100 companies.  At home, Tom has a daughter, Isabelle (4), and two cats, Milo (the huge one) and Dexter (the smart one). He has had them since kittens and they are now nearly 10!  Tom enjoys technology and walking with his family at the various National Trust properties across the UK.

Lisa Joined MJ Health in 2023, she has many years’ experience working as an internal recruiter and BDM, finally finding herself working as a Divisional Lead for the Healthcare Recruitment team at MJ Health.

Lisa is very sociable and always looks forward to staff get togethers!  She lives with her husband and two daughters and has a bar in her garden for parties!  She works from home with her best friend Archie (her little sausage dog) beside her.

Fred joined the team in September 2025 as a Dental Recruiter, recruiting Permanent and Locum Dental staff across the UK, bringing with him a recruitment background that dates back to 2016 across a range of sectors. Over the years, he has developed a people-first approach, focusing on building genuine relationships and understanding what really matters to both candidates and practices.

Outside of work, Fred is creative at heart. Enjoying hands-on projects like woodworking and crafts, playing guitar, and making music. Most of all, he loves spending time his my family — especially his adored toddler, who keeps him smiling and grounded every day.

Ben joined MJ health in early 2025 and specialises in dental recruitment, working across both permanent and locum roles. Ben has been in healthcare recruitment since 2016, bringing a well-rounded approach to supporting clients and candidates with effective, tailored recruitment solutions. He’s known for being approachable, proactive, and easy to work with, and takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships.

Outside of work, most of his time is spent with his two young daughters. When he gets the time, he’s usually outdoors — surfing, fishing, or keeping active with running, cycling, and swimming. Ben also enjoys festivals and live music whenever the opportunity comes up.
